JO&CO, page will bring their original sound and power house vocals to Aselton Park in Hyannis on  Saturday, August 31st, 2013 from 5:30PM – 7:00pm in a concert to support  the Homeless Prevention Council in Orleans.  The free concert will be hosted by DJ Suzanne Tonaire from Dunes 102 .

This concert is a “labor of love” for lead singer of JO&CO, Joanna Meager, who knows first-hand the support the Council provides:  “The Homeless Prevention Council personally helped my family out of a difficult situation we found ourselves in a few years ago.  It really feels good to organize this concert to help give back and raise funds to help other community members.

Jo & Co is led by singer/ songwriter Joanna Meager, whose powerful and soulful vocals blend seamlessly with her sister Danielle Ryder’s incredible harmonies. Joanna plays rhythm guitar and flute and Danielle plays saxophone and keyboards. The band is rounded out by the girls’ father, Tim White on bass and backing vocals, Aaron Mayo on guitar, Vernon Edward Crownshaw III on harmonica and backing vocals, and Patrick Golarz on drums.
